How it works

From overwhelmed to supported, in four calm steps.

We've designed every step of the EverCare process around one truth: families call us at the hardest moment of their lives. Our job is to make this simple.

Getting started with in-home memory care in Michigan takes three steps: schedule a free in-home assessment, receive a personalized care plan within 24 hours, and meet your matched caregiver. Most families have a caregiver in the home within 24-48 hours of their first call to (586) 326-3256.

01

The first call

A real person answers — day, night, weekend, holiday. We listen first. No script, no pressure, no upsell. Most calls last 15 minutes and end with a scheduled in-home visit.

02

What happens during the free in-home assessment?

A senior member of our team comes to your loved one's home for a 60-minute conversation. We meet the person, not just the diagnosis. We notice the small things — the layout, the routine, the worries no one's said out loud yet.

03

How does EverCare build the personalized care plan?

Within 24 hours, you receive a written care plan: hours, focus areas, recommended tier, and a flat hourly rate. No fine print. No mileage fees. You decide what to start with — three hours a day or twenty-four.

04

How quickly can my caregiver start in Michigan?

We hand-pick a primary caregiver and a single trained backup. They meet your loved one before the first shift, in your home, with you present. Care begins on your timeline — same-day if you need it.

Common questions

The things everyone asks first.

Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. EverCare runs on a simple month-to-month agreement. You can pause, scale up, scale down, or cancel with 48 hours' notice. We earn your business every week.
What's the minimum number of hours?
Three hours per visit, with no daily or weekly minimum after that. Many families start with a few mornings a week and grow from there.
How fast can care actually start?
If you call before noon on a weekday, same-day care is usually possible. Otherwise, we typically have a caregiver in the home within 24–48 hours of your assessment.
What if our loved one doesn't 'click' with the caregiver?
We rematch — no questions, no fees, no awkwardness. The right fit is non-negotiable.
